To qualify to be a Kindersteps franchisee you need to possess a minimum area of 1200 sq. ft. or more (self-owned or rented) in a peaceful residential locality. The premises should preferably be an independent building with an open outdoor area which can act as the outdoor play area. The premises should also have independent access, attached toilet facilities and should be well ventilated. The initial investment will be in the range of Rs.15,00,000/- to Rs.20,00,000/- Please also note that the initial investment is dependent on the model of the Pre-School and could vary based on location and other factors.
